Bird table making workdhop
Join us on our mission to help attract and conserve wild birds by making your own bird table to use at home. Learn how to make this unique item that will bring you hours of pleasure both on the workshop and after!
The course encompasses a visit to our woodland where you will learn about forest management and the different timbers used for making your table. Keep an eye on the woods, as it is from here that you will select your raw material for your own bird table.
Using materials from the local woods you will learn about the different materials used for making your bird table. Once your wood has been selected its then back to the workshop where you will be guided through the process of turning a pile of timber into an attractive haven for wild birds.
This one day course guides you through every aspect of creating and decorating your table to take home.
